Intelligent systems for real operations

Your operations, woven together.

Loomfront builds intelligent systems that connect fragmented software, eliminate repetitive workflows, and turn operational complexity into measurable improvement.

The problem

Most businesses don’t run on one system. They run on a dozen — and on the people who stitch them together by hand, every day.

Re-keyed by hand

The same order, invoice or customer record is typed into three different systems — and each copy is a chance for error.

Out of sync

Every tool holds a slightly different version of the truth, so reports are reconciled before anyone is willing to trust them.

No clear signal

Without a baseline, nobody can say whether the last change made things better, worse, or simply different.

Illustrative
Every operation is different. We map yours before we design anything.

Capabilities

What we build.

Integration, automation and applied AI — engineered as one system around the way your business actually runs.

Connect

Join the systems you already run.

We integrate CRMs, ERPs, finance tools, legacy databases and spreadsheets so information is entered once and stays consistent everywhere.

Automate

Retire repetitive work.

Rules-based and AI-assisted workflows take over the copying, checking, routing and reminding — with people approving what matters.

Understand

Make documents usable.

AI that reads emails, PDFs and forms, extracts what matters into structured data, and flags anything uncertain for a person to review.

Build

Custom software, built to last.

Internal platforms, portals and tools designed around how your team actually works — documented, tested and maintainable.

Measure

Improvement you can check.

We agree the metrics before we build — cycle time, error rate, hours of manual work — and measure them the same way afterwards.

Frontier

Our own products, in development.

Alongside client work, we’re building proprietary technology from the problems we see again and again. We’ll share more when it’s ready.

Method

From tangled to measured, in four steps.

Every engagement follows the same arc, so you always know what happens next — and what you’ll have at the end of it.

  1. 01

    Map

We sit with the people doing the work, trace every system and hand-off, and record a baseline: how long things take, where errors appear, and what they cost.

You getAn operations map and a measured baseline.

  2. 02

    Design

We design the smallest system that removes the most friction — integrating with what you already run rather than replacing it by default.

You getAn architecture and a delivery plan you can review.

  3. 03

    Build

We ship in short increments, in production, alongside your team. Each release does real work before the next one begins.

You getWorking software, early and often.

  4. 04

    Measure

We compare results against the baseline, report them plainly, and decide with you what to improve next.

You getAn outcome you can verify.

Engagements

Two ways to work with us.

Modernising an established operation or building something new — the method is the same; the starting point is different.

For established businesses

Modernise operations

For organisations whose processes have outgrown their tools — where growth means more spreadsheets, more hand-offs, and more people keeping systems in step.

  • Integrate the platforms you already run
  • Automate repetitive, rules-based work
  • Replace fragile spreadsheet processes
  • Introduce AI where it is dependable

For founders and product teams

Build intelligent products

For teams creating new software — platforms, internal tools and products with AI at their core — who need engineering depth from the first decision.

  • Custom platforms and internal tools
  • AI features, assistants and agents
  • Data pipelines and integrations
  • Architecture and technical strategy

Principles

What you can hold us to.

No borrowed logos or inflated numbers — just the standards we work to on every engagement.

  • Measured, not asserted

We agree a baseline before we build, so improvement is something you can check rather than take on trust.

  • Built around what you run

Integration comes first. We recommend replacing a system only when that is clearly the better path.

  • Documented and handed over

Every system ships with documentation and a clear handover, so your team understands what it runs.

  • Secure by default

Least-privilege access, encrypted data and audit trails are part of the design, not a later phase.

  • AI where it is reliable

We use AI where it measurably helps, and keep a person in the loop wherever judgement matters.

  • Plain communication

Clear scope, honest timelines, and progress you can see every week.

Questions

Before we talk.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

Established businesses whose operations have grown more complex than their tools, and founders or product teams building new software. If your people spend hours moving information between systems, we should talk.

Do we need to replace our existing software?

Usually not. We start by connecting what you already use and automating the work in between. We recommend replacing a system only when the evidence shows it is the better path.

What do you mean by “measurable improvement”?

Before building anything, we agree the metrics that matter for your operation — for example cycle time, error rate, or hours of manual work — and measure them. After each release we measure them again, the same way.

How does an engagement start?

With a conversation about where work gets stuck. If there is a fit, we map the operation and return a baseline and a plan. You decide whether to proceed once you have seen them.

Do you build your own products?

Yes. Alongside client work, Loomfront is developing proprietary technology. We will share more as it matures.
